Nusrah is the volunteer support network of عزام (Azzam International Tours) established to ensure that our pilgrims receive continuous assistance while they are present in Saudi Arabia.
Pilgrimage can sometimes present unexpected situations where immediate guidance or support is needed. Nusrah volunteers maintain regular contact with our pilgrims in Makkah and Madinah and remain ready to assist whenever help is required.
How Nusrah Supports Pilgrims
• Regular communication with pilgrims during their stay in Saudi Arabia
• Immediate assistance in case of difficulties or emergencies
• Guidance regarding transportation, locations, and arrangements
• Coordination with the operations team whenever required
